In connection with the providing of legal services, we are processing the personal data of our clients – natural and other entities.
The purpose for the processing of personal data – natural entity, or other data subjects (natural entities operating in a legal entity that is our client or business partner, or in other legal entities, respectively), is the performance of the lawyer’s obligations under the contract to provide legal services.
We obtain the personal data of clients – natural entities directly from their subjects. Personal data of other natural entities within the meaning of the preceding clauses are obtained from clients – legal entities.
We are processing personal data to the following extent: name, surname, titles, job position, address, telephone number, email address, registration number, VAT number.
We may transfer personal data (while maintaining the purpose of the processing thereof) to our business partners, in particular to other lawyers, patent attorneys, tax advisors, suppliers of other services, courts and state administration bodies, adversaries and their legal representatives.
We store personal data throughout the force of the contract to provide legal services, or for the period of provision of a specific legal service, respectively, and then (after the completion of the legal service concerned) for a period specified by generally binding legal regulations.
The data subject has the right to demand access to, as well as the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of his/her personal data.
The data subject has the right to object to his/her personal data processing; he/she also has the right to personal data portability and the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
