Ondřej Čerych

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague.
He has been practicing law since 2003. Until March 2019, he worked as a lawyer in a leading Czech law firm where he became a partner in 2010. In 2019, he decided to use his experience in his own law firm and develop his idea of providing legal services efficiently and with a personal approach.
Since the beginning of his practice, Ondrej has focused on intellectual property law, competition law, trade secrets, know-how and the transfer of technologies. His favorite discipline is dispute resolution.
On a long-term basis, he has been representing companies in the food, clothing, chemical and pharmaceutical industries and in engineering, as well as universities and scientific research institutions.
He is a member of the Czech group of the International League of Competition Law and the Council of the International League of Competition Law (LIDC).
Languages: full working knowledge of English and French; reading knowledge of Spanish and Russian
